The conservative view on marriage and family is one of duty -- you do not get married as a choice because you love your partner, you do it because you, somehow, "owe it to society". The same applies to having children; they are largely a punishment which is why abortion should be totally banned.

Gay people are of course not allowed to neither marry nor have kids and the immigrant family pursuing happiness and a new life in America is to be prevented from that through coercion.

Both parties are the parties of the two parties. Both parties treat families the way they treat everything; as something to manipulate in order to preserve the power they have immorally and illegally seized over the last few decades. There can be no serious discussion of either of these imposters' being morally superior to the other, or, in fact, to much of anything.
