There are so many other examples. Executive privilege, signing statements--almost every single one of Obama's every utterances in the past is bullshit.
This president is outwardly hostile toward congress and pushes the limits of the executive power on every issue. The president openly broke the law, but is using a signing statement that invalidated the law to justify the administration from releasing a POW who expressed sympathy to the enemy.
