where do jews hate gentiles? I must have missed the memo.
Dayum... do you guys ever stop making stuff up.
No kidding. But hey, since reality doesn't support anti-semitism why not just make up crap so you can feel better about your own bigotry and hatred of Jews, right? That same tactic worked really well in the '30s too -no doubt beyond their wildest dreams. Anti-semitism in Europe hasn't been this high since the '30s either -what a surprise, huh? Anti-semitism is part and parcel of European history and tradition, that keeps rearing its ugly head on a regular cycle, a filth they cannot rid themselves of and just repeatedly wallow in it over and over again. Just one more reason the US should avoid trying to imitate decadent Europe and their filth.
In fact the Bible DOES obligate non-Jews with regard to both Jews and Israel. And it doesn't matter if you personally know that or not -the Word exists and is available, the ignorance was therefore a chosen ignorance.
Jews are God's chosen people for all time. Gentiles will never be God's chosen people. Gentiles are the adopted or grafted branch on the tree but the root and trunk of that tree is JEWISH and will always be Jewish. The New Testament isn't about Christians -no such thing as a Christian in the New Testament and that word doesn't exist in the Bible. There are only Jews and gentiles and they either have put their faith in Jesus Christ or they have not. The fact that Jews are God's chosen people has nothing to do AT ALL with whether an individual can receive salvation or not.
The obligation of non-Jews? The NEW TESTAMENT specifically says that not only will all nations be held accountable for their treatment of Israel, all individuals will be held accountable for their treatment of Jews. And it says so in words that even a moron can comprehend. There are no surprises with God who has made every effort to be as explicit as possible about the potential consequences for everyone. Only an evil entity would change the rules at the last minute -but God has gone out of His way to make sure the consequences are spelled out clearly. So the choice is yours to make openly and freely. Choose poorly if you want -but don't expect to be able to claim ignorance as an excuse or justification for that choice.
Those who wallow in anti-semitism like the person who claimed Jews hate gentiles -NEED to feed their irrational bigotry. What better way than to project his own hatred of Jews -on to Jews themselves? It is merely a reflection of his own hatred and bigotry. That bigotry and prejudice is predicted in the Bible as one of the "side effects" of being God's chosen people -it fills others with an irrational hatred and bigotry against Jews that they constantly feed to keep alive. But the basis for it isn't based in reality whatsoever. If you think otherwise and actually believe that Jews hate gentiles - then I guarantee you have had no real contact with Jews at all. I have and nearly all my life. I've been employed by Jews and I have employed Jews, had Jewish neighbors, went to school with Jews, raised children side by side with Jews -and haven't met a single Jew in my entire life that hated gentiles. NOT ONE. I really wish I could say I never met any gentile who hated Jews -whether that gentile was Christian, Muslim or atheist -but THAT would be a tremendous lie. The hatred between Jews and gentiles is a one-way street against Jews and not the other way around.
The reality is that Jews have been persecuted all over the world all through history and even in countries where their work and contributions to society were once highly valued -only to have THEIR country turn on them. You bigots ever read world history? No nation on earth has protected their OWN Jewish citizens as the EQUALS of all their other citizens. The US does for NOW -but so did other countries in the past. But only for a while -it never lasted. Just long enough for them to start to believe their own government would protect them as the full equals of all their other citizens. Only to be betrayed yet again.
Jews have learned the hard way that they cannot count on gentiles to protect them because gentiles inevitably turn out to be their persecutors and mass murderers -time and again. Looking to each other for real support instead of relying on gentiles - is the natural consequence of such repeated betrayals by their own governments around the world and throughout history. But that isn't "hatred" of gentiles at all. It is a well deserved mistrust based on reality and what history has repeatedly shown them to be true. If Jews expect to be protected from those who seek to destroy them -they learned the hard way, they had better first look to other Jews because gentiles as a group haven't done that in the past, don't do it today and will not do it in the future.
