I also think it very likely that he will be paid to speak before business or even government groups funded by the Mexican government, as a thank-you for his lax border controls and mass granting of illegal amnesty. If that happens, Obama could be said to be using Mexican money to pay for his border wall.

Of course, there's also the possibility that you're paying for it. The White House’s fiscal 2017 budget requested $9.5 million for costs related to fund Obama’s transition out of office. Secret Service protection for life is not included in any of those spending numbers; they’re just pension and benefits. He could build one hell of a wall for that $9.5 million he got.

That would be funny as hell is Obama got Mexico to pay for his wall but Trump could not get them to pay for his!

Does Mexican labor constitute payment for a wall or on anything they do ?? It should because they sure ain't making a prevailing wage when they work here, and that's exactly why the rich love them some cheap Mexican labor now.
