"Trump Dossier" was publicized in Jan 2017, AFTER election and had exactly NOTHING to do with Obama. It was paid for by Republicans during primary, then picked up by Hillary campaign. It was a Republican named McCain that handed it over to Comey, who's FBI investigation was already underway and not made public until march 2017.
