because Trump realized how it all works......

'flu season', is an annual occurrence , which moves around the globe via seasons

the WHO along with or CDC in tow circle back a good six months prior to those impoverished countries where humans live in proximity to animals

they'll assess any bug as to it's ability to cross species ,big pharma will manufacture a zillion doses ,unfortunately any given virus will mutate faster than big pharma can possibly keep up with, resulting in a vax far less effective addressing the variant.
