As for the new regulations, I take it you are aware that Obama has been going through all of the existing regulations and reducing and re-writing them. This process was started in 2011:

Every country which the US forced to make free market reforms since Chicago School of Economics devotees took over the IMF and the World Bank, have now refuted those reforms and restored their economies to a situation where the tax codes and regulations benefit ALL of their populations, not just the wealthy.

Canadians, for example, are happier, healthier, with a longer life expectancy than Americans, and are home to the fastest growing middle class in the world. We've had a slowdown in our economy due to the fiscal policies of the Conservative government over the past ten years.
