Could it be that there are other reasons for why America continues to set records for mass shootings?

Republlicans run for mayor in these cities and lose. If what Republicans had to offer was a solution, they would be mayor..

Last, A mayor is one vote during a city council meeting. The make up of the council doesn't seem to be mentioned. I lived in a city with a Democratic mayor and a 5-2 republican majority city council. So guess what?

The city got a bunch of f-d up policies.
