For instance, Sweet Young Thing is a great song, but so is Let's Dance On.
She is a great rocker, Sunny Girlfriend, Pleasant Valley Sunday.

Damn, they had a LOT of great tunes.
I LOVE the Valerie Guitar solo.

Monkees are way before my time so I may be wrong here. I thought they were mostly actors not musicians, didn't write any of their music, and were basicly like milli vanilli or new kids on the block. Put together as front men to sell some records, not really musicians.
