I respectfully disagree; I think Israel's and The US's interests overlap wrt Iran and I am thankful to both for taking care of Iran. If you are just saying it's a matter of degree then I can handle that. At this point I think Trump does NOT want to kill hundreds of thousands of Iranians if he can neuter them some other way. But the axe is still ready.
