How is the Undeclared War with Iran "Justified"?

And I have to state her, that I Absolutely do not believe in making Undeclared, & Unjustified War.

But when "Justified", & "Declared", I Believe that America should use Overwhelming Conventional Force against the "proven enemy", & Destroy it's capability to Harm America,....

And then Go Home, with No Regime Change.
