This is one of the most hopeful things I have seen occur in America for decades.
Honestly.
The damage done by social media to our youth is staggering. The incubating opinion machine. The radicalization of those who would be normal kids in the past without the constant hate messaging of leftist media/social media.
So - FINALLY - people are paying a price for their online hate speech.
To the people who support freedom of speech in all of it's forms - we have never faced this phenomena before. No society has. Social media has, basically, become a mass hysteria machine. Specifically designed to make users only see content they support, with an increasing radicalization. It is mind ******* an entire generation.
It has to end.

If you suppress those who meet your definition of hate speech, aren’t you violating the Constitution and hence are a criminal?

These are very reasonable steps we are taking in order to prevent you from killing us and then celebrating our demise.
