This is getting interesting as the high beta and momentum issues are becoming less popular.

How does this change affect you?
 
It goes up and it goes down..I said last week when the left was cheering the downfall it'd recover...here we are

And those morons are nowhere to be found now.

You knew they wouldn't be...they are clueless as to how and why the markets react. Last week it was all about trade wars to them and in reality it was all about interest rates rising in response to a red hot economy
 
The volatility can be a sign of a looming adjustment. Before a large market adjustment, this happens. Every time. Doesn't mean that it is going to happen, but 5% + swings in short periods happening several times is not normal up and down swings.

It begins -- but only begins so far --- to make up for the horrendous losses last week.

The change to a more fundamentalist stock market seems to be a reaction to more volatile Real estate and bond markets,

They have lost their minds.

Once they lose the youth of today in about 10 years they really will have to move to Canada.
 
The stock market has no effect on me or my extended family.
