First of all, I “rarely” comment on issues. I am against Trump as an incompetent person, but not against most issues.

Secondly, I was a Republican for 35 years, prior to 2008, which is when the far right took control of the party. I am against all extremes (left or right).

The only thing I have criticized about Trump in the pandemic, was his bad handling of it. He said there was nothing to worry about the pandemic ( would go away in a couple of months) and by the time it got going big time, it was too late to keep it to a minimum. Biden got the blunt of that and it affected everything!

Every person that I have spoken with that claims to be an Independent is a closet Democrat. No centrist can be in favor of the current Democratic Party. They are left of left. I am sick and tired of the unfairness and totally biased attitude of the right and especially of Trump supporters. They cannot EVER see the reality of things but do talk a big game when it comes to what they do.

In addressing your post, to begin with you say that the Democrats are left of the left, but you do not consider that the current right is way right of the right, which is a lot more given that they are in control and can get their agenda done, while the left has not been in control and cannot get anything done. On top of that, since the time began when there was (and is) a left of the left, they have never been able to get anything done BECAUSE the other side of the Democratic party has not even voted them in as nominees. Perfect example is Bernie Sanders, who is considered to be the left of the left and he did run TWICE trying to become the nominee of the party and the party never nominated him to be the man to run for the office of the president.

On top of that, Biden for his entire political life (more than 25 years) was always considered to be a centrist, which he proved to be over and over again throughout his political life.

Now, turning to your accusation that I am a "closet democrat", you have got to be kidding me. Show me when I have commented on any issue! I am 100% an anti-Trumper and that is what drives me. I am not about the political issues but about having a man running the show that is immoral, unethical, unprincipled and inhumane. I am 100% on the side of human rights and what the Constitution calls for (of the people, by the people, and for the people) and about the checks and balances that the Constitution built for protection of all Americans.
