Regular checkups with their doctors, they need to be licensed and have a record of all of the HIV tests they've had. They should always have their clients wear condoms. The "Johns", must pay for and take an instant HIV test ($30), before having sex with an escort. That's part of the price or cost of hiring a sex worker. You have to pay for an instant HIV test and take the test before having sex. These rules should be enforced to decrease the spread of STDs in society. I'm against unregulated sex work, it must be regulated. The state must license all brothels.

The criminals who traffick women, or girls must be severely punished.
