The Left has Lost its Collective Mind

Snatching people who are following the rules and attending their hearings is low. That's a shit move by shit people.

I personally think we should start running the little shits over.
Is snatching someone who has a violent criminal history they didn't disclose or lied about on their immigration forms low?

Is that they lie they are selling today?

Tomorrow he will be a gang member, and the day after a wife beater.

Why do you fall for this crap?

Illegally overstaying your visa, working without an work authorization and criminal assault are not following the rules Gramps

From the link in the OP:

"The Department of Homeland Security defended the arrest late Monday, saying the employee is in the U.S. illegally and has an alleged criminal history that includes an arrest for assault."

Why does the remainder of the article not speak to the criminal history or arrest?

You are obviously more impressed, with accusations without reference or outcome than I am.

Why didn't Mandami's office counter it with the facts then?

If he was legal immigrant but lied to get his green card about his violent criminal history should he be deported?

Maybe its just me but this appears to be the central issue: (looks at calender)
McLaughlin said Rubio Bohorquez entered the U.S. on a B2 tourist visa in 2017 that required him to leave the country by Oct. 22, 2017.

Because he doesn't wanna get down in the mud with the pigs.

Most Americans agree on one thing. They think you are an anti-American POS suffering from TDS.

Just sayin..,

Your post above has nothing to do with the individual's purported violent criminal record.

Why didn't Mandami show proof of his employees innocence when he defended him publicly?
If the Feds had the the info, why didn't they?

Polls are not indicative of anything other than your gullability.

They did - the linked article says he had arrest for assault.

There have been several of these cases in the media where they get them at court, not on immigration status but lying about their criminal records to gain legal immigration status.

Do you believe anyone who lies on their immigration application, certainly about a violent criminal history, should be deported?

Proof of innocence? Are you listening to yourself?

No outcome, such as conviction or charge dropped, nothing. Presumed innocent until prove guilty by constitutional standards. Means nothing. If you ever won or lost a fight in public, you could have been charged, whether valid or not. I darn well could have, but it would not have been sustained. If it had been anything, the fed would have published it to bolster the unknown charge, but chose not to.
People in this administration say all sort of things and charges.

He is being deported because of a violent criminal history. I would certainly prove my innocence and that I don't have a criminal history.

If my employer were defending me publicly, as Mandami is, they would too.
Sorry, it don't work that way hoss. The burden of proof lies with the accuser. I mean it is easy peezy, INS just needs to release the court documents showing this man was convicted of assault. The reality is, they would if they could. This man passed a criminal background check, if he had a criminal record in the US it would have flagged. The INS is blowing smoke up your ass, which is really about all they are doing across the board. Deporting significantly less criminals than Biden, it is all circus, and the worst part, it doesn't come with any bread.
