Both tables I provided are deaths from violence from independent human rights groups and reflect deaths from violence. Your data comes from the Syrian Centre for Policy Research and it includes indirect deaths from causes other than violence. In any case, more combatants have died than civilians, and many of the deaths were not just Arab Muslims, it includes Syrians of all faiths, including Christians.
