Sorry it still hurts though. Of course the cold weather can't be helping it none!!
I can't really think of anything that helped me much, but I did put a tight knee brace on it, that eased some pain. I bought one that had a magnet in it. It's supposed to do something but I'm to impatient to wait for results, LOL!!
