The "K-Shaped Economy"

Capitalism is the greatest engine of growth, opportunity and prosperity the world has ever seen.

Unfortunately it has been badly misapplied by people who are lost in an ignorant laissez faire ideology.
Tell me about Croney Capitalism.

Chees ignores the raid on USAID used to fund DNC, Media and DEMs to keep the power to raid.

Cheese ignores the Green money "dump" to be funneled back to DNC as they go belly up 1:1.

Finally $93B dumped out the last few weeks Obiden 2.0 to whom where why? Never accounted for. Very little puled back. Thank you DOGE.

Yes, they just skip over anything but TDS. Trickle down they use now?

So, you must think Al Capone was a successful businessman.

Trump is a lying, corrupt criminal and has been for well over 50 years.

Jun 9, 2016 — Among them: a dishwasher in Florida. A glass company in New Jersey. A carpet company. A plumber. Painters. Forty-eight waiters.

In addition to the lawsuits, the review found more than 200 mechanic’s liens — filed by contractors and employees against Trump, his companies or his properties claiming they were owed money for their work — since the 1980s.

The liens range from a $75,000 claim by a Plainview, N.Y., air conditioning and heating company to a $1 million claim from the president of a New York City real estate banking firm.

On just one project, Trump’s Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City, records released by the New Jersey Casino Control Commission in 1990 show that at least 253 subcontractors weren’t paid in full or on time, including workers who installed walls, chandeliers and plumbing.
Blah blah. More unsubstantiated lies and leftwing jealousy. Remember the disproven lie that Trump stole money from veterans?

He is a career criminal. "Fraud" is his business model.

Fascinating, frustrating, exasperating, yeah.

We're watching people in trailer homes, barely getting by (or not) who have been conditioned to view this country from the perspective of billionaires, the elite. Literally. They do absolutely zero bottom-up analysis. Personally, I attribute this to the Limbaugh years and the pervasive overall media ecosystem they created.

So they'll see their health insurance costs skyrocket, they'll be unable to afford groceries and utilities, they'll watch the wealth gap expand beyond all reason, they'll see their families and their friends struggle, and they'll still fight you all day about top-end individual income taxes or regulations and controls that protect the everyday consumer.

It simply does not make sense, outside of the conditioning they've received. This is a full sociological break. It's a divergence from any kind of logic.

Once again, you are highlighting the difference between conservatives and leftwingers. Here it is:
Conservatives, even those who are currently poor see success and wealth as a possibility. In their minds, it's just a matter of time when their work and ambition pays off. Leftwingers, on the other hand, have been trained to be perpetual victims. Their poverty is always the fault of the 'wealthy' and it will never get better. Listen to people like Bernie Sanders. NEVER will he encourage the poor to work and aspire to be among the wealthy achievers. AOC will never people that. It's not in the Marxist script. Conservatives tell people they can rise as high as their abilities will allow. Remember when Trump encouraged people to buy stock last March when the market was somewhat down? Smart people followed his advice. Leftwingers screamed "Insider trading!!"

I had a carpet layer who worked for me. I would ask him about his work, family, etc. But he would talk to me about investing. At first I thought he was posturing, trying to sound important. Then I realized he didn't see himself as a carpet layer. He saw himself as a successful investing businessman. He was conservative, naturally. Later on, he graduated from the carpet business and got into other investments. I later worked with other carpet layers who saw themselves as employees of "the man", complaining how the company ripped them off. No doubt Democrat voters.

So many envious leftwingers. "Rich people got that way because they stole". That's straight out of fatass Michael Moore's book.
Ah yes, a MAGAt soldier with a new god to defend. Onward MAGAt soldiers!

Yeah, how dare people be encouraged to do their best? Heresy to Marxists.
The next time you use that word correctly will be the first. You should have focused on getting a real education, instead of religious hoo ha.

Nothing real complicated about Marxists. They destroy people and steal their stuff. Pretty simple.

It's sad you think so little of your fellow Americans. But one of the main tenets of your cult is condescension.

The cases were taken to court, idiot.

Trump's retarded kid even admitted it.

Eric Trump on paying contractors: We pay 'people when ...

Oct 17, 2019 — “We believe in paying people when they do great jobs. And we get people paid incredibly quickly. And we pay contractors,” said Eric Trump.

The Trump Organization has been criticized for stiffing contractors. Contractors have filed hundreds of complaints, which date back to the 1980s, alleging that the real estate company did not pay them.

“We believe in paying people when they do great jobs. And we get people paid incredibly quickly. And we pay contractors,” said Eric Trump, executive vice president of The Trump Organization at Yahoo Finance’s All Market Summit, adding that the organization only refuses to pay contractors who fail to complete a job.

“Yeah, well, they [the unpaid contractors] didn't finish a job. And they didn't do a good job. And they flaked out. And they were two months behind schedule. And so you had to let go of them. And you had to bring somebody else in to do the job that they otherwise would have. And it's called the real world,” he said, referring to the allegations. “People like to take cheap shots at us.”

Eric Trump’s defense echoes his father’s status quo response.

During the 2016 presidential debate, President Donald Trump said something very similar. “Maybe he didn’t do a good job and I was unsatisfied with his work,” he said in response to nonpayment accusations.

There are many here that opine Capitalism as originally intended no longer exists Mac

Only if one subscribes to dog eat dog capitalism Woodz

I'd like to think everyone has a shot at the brass ring.....

Not just those who grease Congress to be their mouthpieces, buy elections for their own gains, or are collusive in foreign policies to fill their coffers

Its laughable when people talk about some "dream" that exists. The reply is usually "work harder" or "work more". People do that and get no further ahead. We are also told that increasing wages to laborers is not a good thing. Thats a complete lie as well.
