She should have been home with a husband and kids

Who is to say all the women in the pic on the right don't have careers too? Or that the Dads don't stay home? The roles they fulfill are up to them, not anyone else.
Who can lift more men or woman?
That is completely irrelevant, unless the job requirement is lifting heavy weight.
Can you answer the question
I can. But I am not playing this game with you anymore.
I’ll tell you want, I want you to camp out under a construction site of woman securing thousand pound beams, 40 stories in the air.. I build you a pool you can relax for the 20 years it will take to build lol haha
If she is not physically capable of doing the job, that is one thing.
But for you to try and pretend that upper body strength is the deciding factor on all careers is laughably idiotic.
Most women who want a career aren't looking to secure thousand pound beams.
Stop trolling men on average work more hours and difficult jobs for a reason.. let’s do what works western culture
As for western culture, the world and western culture are always changing. I'm sure you would prefer to have a woman stay home and wait on you hand & foot, but I doubt you will find one that wants to do that as her life's work.
But let me help you understand how much the rate of change is increasing year after year after year.
In 1970 (I think) Alvin Toffler published his groundbreaking work Future Shock. One of the big things he showed, in order to illustrate the rapid changes in our world, is to discuss a time line of the human race, as a separate species. Humans have been around for roughly 50,000 years. If you put that on a timeline that is measured, not in years, but in things that changed the world for humanity (ie fire, the wheel, written language ect) the center point of that timeline would be around 1900. So as many fundamental changes have happened since 1900 than in the previous existence of mankind. And he figured that based on the technology and culture of 1970. The center point will have moved significantly since then.
You can look back with your rose-colored glasses all you want. But society is not going to suddenly decide they want to go back in time. You may as well learn to deal with modern life, warts and all.
