It has been widely reported, that one of his aids talked to him almost every day, telling him he was waaaaaaaaaaay ahead in the polls, and his team around him just shook their head yes. BEFORE Pelosi made that infamous phone call to Biden, she called whomever it was LYING to Biden, and wanted to see the polls he was siting to Biden. He could NOT produce them, because they did NOT exist.

So in essence, his team was NOT only lying to us; the American people to hold power, they were lying to Biden too! To this very day when he is interviewed, Biden insists he should have stayed in the race because he would have won. That is how senile he is, and his team BRAINWASHING the poor man didn't help either.

Yeah, they need to prosecute some of these people for sure. Can you imagine if he had a good day on the debate stage, and only flubbed 1/2 of it instead of all of it, and survived to be elected?!?!?! Where would we be today? And who would be running the country behind the scenes?

Well, yes and no. Biden did it for purely political reasons with no real criminal content to justify it on; now it is probably a bit of retaliation and justified so, along with a lot of legitimate criminal foundation.

I asked what criminal law was broken. Got no answer. Looks to me like the repubs are going to look for actual criminal activity hoping to find something. What they're really looking for is anything they can use politically against the dems next year and in 2028. It's called misuse of power; the dems did it and it appears the GOP is doing it too.

They have had it for years. Refusal to supply needed subpoenaed documents from the DOJ to James Comer is the only thing which has kept Joe from being impeached. That might be changing now with Obumma's people getting kicked out of control.

What they're really looking for is anything they can use politically against the dems next year and in 2028. It's called misuse of power;

1. The voters deserve to know if a candidate is a crook.
2. Just because the democrats did it first as lawfare, does not mean that similar criminal investigation against known crimes is the same thing. But I'm sure democrats really appreciate the equivocation. Frankly, at the very least, democrats deserve to have the laws prosecuted to the letter of the law for a change.
3. Actually prosecuting laws to the letter of the law for the reasons of the stated intent is not lawfare, that is justice. Quite unlike suing a guy for 486 million dollars because he took out a legal bank loan for the amount the bank agreed to and paying them back on time according to the letter of the agreement to the full satisfaction of the bank is.
