And that immigration cases would have been heard in DC by unelected bureaucrats rather than immigration judges? Oh and was loaded with pork for democratic cases? The House Republicans penned a stand-alone immigration control bill that had no pork in it and the democratic Majority Leader of the Senate wouldn’t even allow it into committee, let alone get voted upon by the whole senate.
