The 8 Passengers / Ruby Franke case ought to come front and center here of how badly "The System" failed these children.
DCFS received over 15,000 complaints about the Frankes and their treatment of their children. They had complaints from multiple family members and grandparents and concerned citizens concerning these 6 children.

It wasn't until a one child literally escaped his bonds (literally bound and gagged with duct tape and rope) and went begging for food and water next door did the case actually break with 4 charges of felony child abuse to prosecute. It literally was the police and the DA forcing DCFS to do their job properly...because until this time they literally were IGNORING EVERYONE in the area.

DCFS is supposed to ensure the emotional and physical health of children is protected. They have been silent....blatantly ignoring what they once deemed to be the sexual abuse of children.

Can ANYONE name one state's DCFS to openly and publicly denounce these things?
Of course not....because they ALL are deliberately ignoring the duties of their jobs.
