Zone1 The Great Difficulty Of Being Religious.....

You're really a simpleton.
I'm not the one who doesn't understand the purpose these accounts served 6,000 years ago. So you calling me a simpleton is rather ironic. Not to mention a textbook example of the dunning effect.

We both know better. You condemn respect for them. Probably more so than any other religious group.
I see no reason to show respect to those who do not respect me. The religious absolutely hate atheists and it shows in a lot of posts here. Then y'all just cry when hit with that same disrespect.

I see no reason to respect religion.

That's probably what Hitler said about Jews. But wait, are you making a fairness argument? Could it be the world is not fair to you and you rail against that? Naw, this is just you rationalizing a wrong as a right. Isn't it great that you have become what you hate?

That kind of sentiment never ceases to amaze me. How do you think they passed down knowledge, wisdom, history, etc. 6000 years ago?
.

I pray several Rosaries every day and always consider that doing so was very educational for those, as early as the third century, from whence is traced to origin of the Rosary, who were illiterate and learned scripture from oral tradition.

... who were illiterate and learned scripture from oral tradition.

in fact that is those scriptures, the desert bibles that make them illiterate and keep them that way -

and is why jesus taught liberation theology, self determination than any prevailing religion to avoid their corruption as often as possible.

- who were illiterate and learned scripture from oral tradition.
Western Civilization says otherwise.

such are the religious zealots and their denials ...

- and many other daily observances were condemned by the meievel church which tried to suppress them. At the same time, sects throughout the Middle Ages offered people an alternative to the Church more in keeping with their folk beliefs and positive education.

in all manors the desert religions are an obstacle and have always been inscrutable for their attempts to use illiteracy as a weapon for their own use and purpose to control and use at the expense of their victims.

Ok Boomer.

No. Such is history. As for religious zealots and their denials, you are describing yourself as you attack rival religions.

I think the dinos were long gone by that time.

You've gotten your dating mixed up. Unnecessarily because AiG's explanation says that baby dinosaurs were on the ark.

Why do you debate the dinosaurs while you accept everything else that AiG tells us?

And we surely don't want to create another category for 'conditional' believers!

I didn't post that link.
I know nothing about AiG or what they believe. There is no legitimate evidence that dinosaurs lived with modern man.

Coincidentally, you believe exactly the same as AiG believes, with the one exception.

They even have proof of human footprints in the tracks of a dinosaur!

There may have been humanoids back then. Who knows what God created in those days.

That settles the one contradiction you had with AiG! There is nothing on which you disagree.
Who knows what God created in those days.
Answers in Genesis says that they know. They too believe that the bibles are literally true.

Fwiw, Ding and Meriweather don't accept the bibles to be literally true.

I don't know what they believe. Any agreement is coincidental.

Edit. I just looked up AiG's position on creation and discovered that they believe in a literal six-day creation. I believe God created the heavens and earth billions of (our) years ago, as evidenced by geology, which comports nicely with the Gap Theory.
