When Trump mentioned the idea of tri lateral talks in front of the television cameras, Putin stood stonily and did not respond.

Ukraine, the EU and most of the free world are still wondering why Trump didn’t continue to support Ukraine from the beginning.

Instead, Trump kowtowed to the Russian dictator, and tried to cut or delay American aid to Ukraine.

So let me see if I follow your reasoning here, Tim! Obama gave Ukraine blankets and other non lethal aid while Russia invaded and took Crimea. Trump gave Ukraine the missiles that it used to defend itself when Russia invaded after Joe Biden told Putin that he was OK with a minor incursion by Russia into Ukraine. Trump got NATO to spend more money on defense...money that was used to procure the weapons that NATO then gave to Ukraine to defend itself.
