Russias economy is 100% dependent on oil and LNG sales. Trump is replacing LNG sales to Europe and using tariffs to force India to stop buying Russian oil. Thats why Putin asked for the meeting. We can lower the price of oil. Biden increased it an act of his typical stupidity.
