Iran is holding up Iraq, Hamas, and the PLO. Make Iran go away, and ISIS will run wild. Turkey and Saudi Arabia would split the ME between them as they fight ISIS in that case.

That won't make ISIS stronger. It will move to the #1 spot simply because the current number one was knocked down. Their #1 status would be meaningless. If they spread themselves that thin, it would make them vulnerable to losing ground they've already won.
