Proving again, "genocide" became a buzzword without any meaning, in this juncture.

It's become one of those words like "Hitler" and "fascist" that has been rendered completely meaningless by overuse and linked to nothing but hurt feelings.

I don't think "Hitler" or "Fascist" has become a meaningless word; they always refer to very bad people.
It's not like the word "F a g got," where someone can be a F a g got in the "good sense of the word" (like Elton John or Liberace) or a F a g got in the "bad sense of the word" (like anyone you don't like, including Hitler).
But "Hitler" or "Fascist" are never used by normal people in the "good sense of the word."

Nope. Wrong. The USS Liberty waded into waters it wasn't supposed to be in, didn't identify themselves until it was too late, and the Israelis were not expecting them to be there. Only the Arab navies were operating in that area and the Arabs made use of literal false flags during that war and the previous wars in 1956 and 1948.

There was no GPS. No instantaneous communication. No sophisticated spy satellites.

During the fog of war, Israel protected itself because they didn't know what it was until it was too late.
