Not in the months of July and August, since the Delta variant became the predominant one. I can only tell you about locally here in West Tennessee, but the vast majority getting past the emergency room and actually having to be hospitalized, much less ventilated or passing from the disease are the unvaccinated (for whatever reason, political, anti-vax or just not bothering to go get it) to the tune of 90% plus, according to the health department in this deep red county in a deep red state. This is backed up by listening to my son, an ER nurse at the largest hospital between Memphis and Nashville. The other thing, amazing is that the average age having to be hospitalized is between 35 and 42 coming into the ER presenting with Covid, whether that have to be hospitalized or no. He has also told me of infants, 5-year-olds, and people in their 20s, so, hey, hey, it ain't just for old people that society cares little for. Local story on the news here yesterday was about a 30-year-old guy. He, his wife and infant child were all positive, received treatment and were sent home. He was kept, got worse and died 5 days after going into the hospital. According to the website 21 to 30 years old make up 17.2% of cases, 31-40 make up 14.7%, making them the two largest age groups by age, a totall of 31.9%. The 41-50 group comes in at 14%, then the numbers really start dropping off. I'll be 67 in about 12 days. Our infections presented is only 10.4%, but that figures. We are the highest vaccinated age group. It may be a red state, but we are stupid. You don't listen to what the old leadership Fks say, you watch what they do for themselves, Donny being an example. Go with the cutting edge science, and you get to hang around for the estates sales of the suckers.
I don't know you, but don't put stock in some dumbass's idea of "the fall of independence", unless you want to end up independently dead. If you can't take it for medical reasons, I am sorry for you. If you don't take it for political or independence reasons, good luck. If you are a right winger with a decent collection of weapons and ammo and you don't make it, I hope to be at the estate sale picking up bargains.

They refer to congress people as "lawmakers" but for every law that is passed we lose a little more freedom. Some people have been indoctrinated by political loyalty to accept theories that defy logic. We see snow on the ground and they try to tell us the world is warming up. Vaccines don't work so they tell us to risk death by vaccine because we might get a less serious form of covid with the vaccine and a booster even though mostly hidden statistics say that the stuff can kill you outright or cause blood clots. The end justifies the means in the liberal mind but they won't talk about it.

I didn't tell you to ask anybody. I did say send your complaint to the families of the dead anti-vaxxers. I got no complaint, as I never listened to any of the Anti-vaxxers, anyway. I caught it in late January 2020 and learned one thing. You don't want it. The dumb asses will say "what will be, will be" or it is a hoax or treat it with fish tank cleaner, malaria drugs, and horse de-wormer. I am different. I look at going with the best recommendation of science and public health, the way I looked at my ropes, carabiners, harnesses, gloves, helmet and weather awareness used properly to give me the best chance ascending and descending dangerous places. You might get to the same place without it, but it's not nearly as likely. I was trained in safety. You go ahead and take your best shot with no precautions if you want. I just wouldn't want you on my rope.

Those same courageous members of the "resistance" will gladly line up for endless booster shots as well. They will wear masks, social distance, rat out dissenting neighbors, and gleefully display their COVID-19 passports, when the time comes.

And you've just got to love all these super duper conservative talk show hosts, social media influencers, authors and radio personalities who dropped all of their so-called conservative values like a set of filthy clothes and tripped over themselves to get vaccinated. Guess we know how stout their belief was in God and country, eh?

And people are still lining up for the jab despite some left leaning new outlets now reporting openly about how vaccinated people are getting sick and dying post vaccination.

Total madness.

If 2020 was the year from hell then 2021 could be called the year of the human cattle, as we watch (in horror) herds of people we thought we knew rolling up their sleeves just like good little functional marionettes.

That's funny. Based on how many times the CDC has reversed themselves it's safe to say they aren't experts in public health either.

More power to him. Does he wear a mask when he operates? One thing for sure, if he is anti-vax and anti-precautions during a pandemic, he'd never get a chance to operate on me. I already know a world-class heart surgeon, anyway.
