Odesa was hit by 2 missiles. One appears to have hit a barge, and the other one hit a building with machinery inside. Ukraine said it was a pumping station. Not even Moscow is denying the attack- they are claiming they were targeting a military site.

The incindiaries in Donetsk. Russia has been attacking Marinka with incidiaries for the last 2 weeks. They used them in Popasna and other places too. Ukraine has not used these anywhere, which probably means they don't even have any. This was most likely a misfire by Russian forces.
