There could be any number of reasons that we see an irregular terrain feature that has one triangular side from one particular aspect angle.

The most probable answer is that it is a trick of the light/view. Since a "pyramid" has five sides (four identical triangles on a square base), that formation does NOT appear in the photo → that I can see.

However, it might be a crystalline deposit of some kind.

There is a place out in the NW side of Nevada called Pyramid Lake in part because of the way the land features look from a certain direction.

The immediate jump to man-made pyramids is not a sound or valid evaluation of the photograph.
