He pled guilty in a plea deal with then Florida's deputy AG (Alex Acosta) who later worked in Trump's admin and likely worked with keeping his plea dealings under the table.

But he was found out. The Epstein files show the Florida AG work on a plea bargan that was a kiss.

And Lutnick visited the Island with his wife and children for a luncheon. That wasn't redacted from the second Trump term DOJ release... and he's facing questions AND answering them. Something the Dems do NOT do.

While her trial and conviction occurred during the Biden administration, the legal process was handled by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and a federal jury.

And to brew it down to terms that you may be able to suss out:

Epstein pled guilty.
