Any leftist system is always based on irresponsibility, including in the economy. This allows you to extract additional profit, because if a person is charged with responsibility for this, you will have to pay extra, and the greater the responsibility, the greater the price. This has a direct analogue in the financial world: risk insurance. Securities such as insurance, options and derivatives from it

The flip side of this policy lies in the fact that these risks are taken on by ordinary people, on whom they roll over from officials and executors of left orders.
