I often find myself wishing for some filth and squalor, maybe a carjacking or some gun play on a neighboring street? He has a point. For immediate neighbors I have 3 medical doctors, a software company owner, a restaurant chain owner and a CFO of a major university. In a very conservative area. And having this a few miles away from the lake we all live on, nobody wants to live in red regions.
