Bernie Sanders, considered a far left person that has socialistic tendencies, failed to get enough Democrats to support him, given that he failed on TWO different occasions, to get enough Democratic votes to become the Democratic nominee for either of the two elections he tried to run for.

As such, the socialists do not run the Democratic party!

He was an outright Communist sympathizer, meaning he was always willing to overlook or excuse the crimes of regimes like Cuba and Nicaragua; always ready to suggest that only American hostility forced them to, among other things, arrest their opposition, expel priests, and dispense with elections.

Good ol’ consistent Bernie reprised one of the greatest hits of the pro-Castro Left last week on 60 Minutes. When Anderson Cooper pressed the senator by noting that Castro imprisoned a lot of dissidents, Sanders said he condemned such things. But even that grudging acknowledgment rankled the old socialist, who then rushed to add, “When Fidel Castro came into office, you know what he did? Communist Party USA endirses Sanders

These are all unproven-by-facts statements.

Having said that, the one absolute statement that can be said is that Trump is an extreme person and such actions do generate the opposites to happen. It is the only way to combat an adversary on his playing field. Take away Trump, and you will also take away the Democrats moving over to their extremes.

Trump is the one that has CAUSED this to happen.

Biden clinched the nomination long before the convention. In fact, he had done this on June 2nd, 2020, by winning primaries. Bernie suspended his campaign in April of that year because he wasn't getting any traction.
