The Difference Between a Democracy and a Republic

Not if the court orders are illegal.
The court decides that. I'm ignoring you now, you provide no value.

well bye.gif

The President can issue an EO to cut or get rid of anything not mentioned in the Constitution. You idiots can whine and cry and challenge it in court. Given the Supreme Courts recent rulings all that un-Constituitional shit will be cut, but your State can tax the shit out of you to provide everything you desire.

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

The paragraph you’re quoting has absolutely nothing to do with the president trying to overturn laws passed by Congress, using an executive order.

That still does not give the President of the United States the ability to overturn laws passed by Congress using an executive order.

Regardless of what Trump tells you, the President of the United States, is not a king, not a dictator, and he can’t just do anything he wants.

I know my argument is hard to understand for someone like yourself, but everything that is being cut is not mentioned in the Constitution and therefore falls under the 10th Amendment.

You whiny shits can piss and moan and get some leftwing social justice appointee to temporarily stop it, but the Supreme Court will up hold the cuts to all of these un-Constitution programs.

Just because Trump is making some stupid claim to this effect, doesn't make it so. Notice how the Supreme Court refused to even take the case of him firing the Inspectors General. He has no authority to fire these people without cause.

Does Canada even have a government?

If they are under the executive branch yes he does.

Importing slaves, continuing slavrery, and run barracoons is enabling slavery and its continuance.
And there you don't know your history. The Founders stopped importing slaves. They never did that themselves. The British did. Once the U.S. was a country no new slaves were allowed to come here. The Founders said no U.S. territories could become slave states. They did what they could to correct what they legally could without violating states' rights.

And they gave us a constitution that made it possible to end slavery entirely.

The continued to enable slavery and run barracoons. A friend of mine did a project in an East Texas county country, checking slave deed up to 1860

One in five deed sales were for human flesh, in the only East Texas county that voted against secession.

You will find hundreds of barracoons (slave breeding farms) in the deed books throughout the South.

I suspect your local parochial Christians schools are teaching your nonsense.

The Constitution was not written and ratified to tell the people what they can't do but what the Government can't do.
But they do it anyway, and to fight for one's rights is way too costly, so people just roll over. The Constitution may hold the government at bay but doesn't require the government to be benevolent.

It's strange that no Canadian losers here ever talk about the Canadian government.
