The crazy just never stops no matter the harm to America and our lives.

In a nation that keeps knocking down proposed power lines and thinks windpower or solar power is going to power a grid where is all the needed extra electricity going to come from if they force people into using electric stoves?

If you’ve been on social media the last day or so, you’ve probably noticed there’s a moral panic occurring over gas stoves. According to Democrats far and wide, they are dangerous, cause asthma, and must be banned by the federal government.
As RedState reported, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez pushed that line on Tuesday, resulting in much mockery given she herself has a gas stove. But what’s astonishing is that amidst her absolute certainty on the topic, she had never even mentioned the issue prior.

In other words, in the span of just 24 hours, Ocasio-Cortez saw some questionable study, promoted it on the internet, gained legions of supporters for her position, and then tried to pretend that everyone else had been ignoring her desperate calls. As Charles W. Cooke notes, it’s cultish behavior. Is there anything the New York congresswoman could say that her army of simps wouldn’t agree with? And none of them even gave a second thought as to whether what she was saying was true or made any sense.

No one is easier to gaslight than a DemoKKKrat. No one. They will literally believe anything.

Look for 'campaign donations' from some appliance manufacturers' association, especially foreign ones. OpenSecrets hasn't updated their stuff since 2012. OR they just stopped outing Democrats donors. Wonder who bought them.

Ah, GEorge Soros and Friends of the Communist Movement. own them now.

Funding

Major donors to the Center for Responsive Politics include the Sunlight Foundation, The Pew Charitable Trusts, the Carnegie Corporation of New York, Open Society Foundations, the Joyce Foundation, and the Ford Foundation. At the end of 2017, the organization reported $1.44 million in annual revenue and $2.92 million in net assets.[16]

Funders of the National Institute on Money in Politics included the Ford Foundation, the MacArthur Foundation, the Open Society Foundations, the Rockefeller Foundation, the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the Bauman Foundation, and the Sunlight Foundation.[17][18]

Meh, another bookmark to a fake news site deleted.

Funny, when this was posted this morning our resident conservatives seemed to think it was all real and yes, they were going to ban gas stoves.

Restaurants will be pissed if Joe does this... He and his administration are already admitting shutting Keystone was a mistake but here we go again... dumbasses will continue to do dumb things....

They were, but as my thread pointed out, the public ridicule that resulted from the announcement caused them to walk it back.

That's how grassroots action works.
No one was ever going to ban gas stoves. The very idea is preposterous.

I'm not a huge powerline fan myself.....They leave their ugly footprint and decreased property values behind them wherever they go by fucking over hinterland folks so the city dwellers can have more power for build-outs where the lines terminate. Fuck them.
