"The courts have all of a sudden, out of nowhere, they said, maybe you have to have trials"

Patently obvious that your understanding of priorities of life and sound business practises have failed you completely.

It constantly amazes me how we intelligent and sound thinking people keep she ship afloat whilst carrying so many people like you along with us for a "Free Ride" .

It is one of the saddening parts of life -- watching the really Stupid and Gullible people like you munching happily but without a clue how the world actually operates .

Dim Jim . So truly Dim .
Another of the Un-Americans .
Trump coined a new phrase for them "Low IQ people."

Gotta have a border to do that. Where were you for the past 4 years? Oh yeah you were crying about 'Orange Man Bad' wanting to CLOSE the border. Well, now we have millions of unknowns with no way to find them all much less set up courts to 'process' all of them. It is impossible to give them a quick turn time. Send them back and slap the illegal aliens with criminal records in Alcatraz. Let them wait for 5 or 10 years 'on ice' until their hearing.
Nope! You're living in fantasy land!

Should I feel bad if someone were to throw you in a gulag?
Gulag is a forced labor camp…these folks aren’t doing penal labor. They are in prison, a max security prison

Donald Trump, President of the United States: It's a very difficult thing with the courts, because the courts have all of a sudden, out of nowhere, they said, maybe you have to have trials, trials. We're going to have five million trials? It doesn't work. It doesn't work. You wouldn't have a country left.

Pam is letting trump get away with this stuff? She should be disbarred. trump is showing his true ignorance.
I now find myself wishing our schools had done a far better, deeper, and more thorough job of teaching world history.

No, I am correcting you. The law says the immigrants have due process.

What happened in the past, Harry, does not matter.

Hell no they didn't get due process, they got deported and the courts didn't say a ******* word.

According to an analysis by the Migration Policy Institute, more than 12 million people were “deported” – either removed or returned – from the US during the Clinton administration. More than 10 million were removed or returned during the Bush administration. Far fewer – more than 5 million – were removed or returned during the Obama administration.

Clinton deported 12,000,000
Bush deported 10,000,000
Obama deported 5,000,000. (The Deporter-in-Chief?)
Trump-45 deported 2,000,000
Biden let 12,000,000 into the US illegally
Trump-47 will deport ___________?

Not worth our time wasting the dicussion with you, Harry.

It is a loser for you. It will always be so.

LOL

No, deportees don't get trials in Article III courts, Congress set up immigration courts for them. Where were all the trials when Obama was telling you about his deportations? Hmm?

And no, a petition for habeas isn't a trial. Duh. No court has said they get trials.
WRONG!

In 1903, the Court in the Japanese Immigrant Case reviewed the legality of deporting an alien who had lawfully entered the United States, clarifying that an alien who has entered the country, and has become subject in all respects to its jurisdiction, and a part of its population could not be deported without an opportunity to be heard upon the questions involving his right to be and remain in the United States. In the decades that followed, the Supreme Court maintained the notion that once an alien lawfully enters and resides in this country he becomes invested with the rights guaranteed by the Constitution to all people within our borders.

Eventually, the Supreme Court extended these constitutional protections to all aliens within the United States, including those who entered unlawfully, declaring that aliens who have once passed through our gates, even illegally, may be expelled only after proceedings conforming to traditional standards of fairness encompassed in due process of law. The Court reasoned that aliens physically present in the United States, regardless of their legal status, are recognized as persons guaranteed due process of law by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments. Thus, the Court determined, [e]ven one whose presence in this country is unlawful, involuntary, or transitory is entitled to that constitutional protection. Accordingly, notwithstanding Congress’s indisputably broad power to regulate immigration, fundamental due process requirements notably constrained that power with respect to aliens within the territorial
jurisdiction of the United States.

Wrong.
Kilmar had applied for asylum.
Too little, too late...

Kilmar Abrego Garcia applied for asylum in 2019. This was after he was arrested in Maryland. However, his request was denied because he applied after the one-year deadline following his arrival in the U.S.. He had entered the country in 2011.
