Waltzing across our border and breaking our immigration laws is a crime...Of course they should be deported if they committed crimes. Prove they committed a crime first. An unfounded accusation isn't enough.

If they aren’t a US citizen and came here illegally that’s the crime. Crime proven deportation imminent.Of course they should be deported if they committed crimes. Prove they committed a crime first. An unfounded accusation isn't enough.
NOPE! We want due process WHEN THEY COME IN, at that time.The left doesn’t want due process coming in but demands it to send them out. **** off.

What the Constitution says about noncitizens' rights as Trump doubts need for due process
Over the last few days, President Trump has repeatedly questioned the constitutional right to due process. His attacks come as the courts warn that the administration is exceeding the scope of his authority. White House correspondent Laura Barrón-López reports on the latest and Amna Nawaz...www.pbs.org
Donald Trump, President of the United States: It's a very difficult thing with the courts, because the courts have all of a sudden, out of nowhere, they said, maybe you have to have trials, trials. We're going to have five million trials? It doesn't work. It doesn't work. You wouldn't have a country left.
Pam is letting trump get away with this stuff? She should be disbarred. trump is showing his true ignorance.
~~~~~~NOPE! We want due process WHEN THEY COME IN, at that time.
It really would solve a multitude of our problems with immigration if we had enough immigration courts and judges to hear an undocumented illegal's case, the week or two from capture, keeping them detained until their hearing.
The wait for a court hearing date is around 5 years from entry, we are so shorthanded and back logged....which makes us release immigrants in to the country awaiting their hearings.
If we had a quick turn around on hearings...then those denied asylum are deported immediately from detention back to their own country, almost moments after arriving ... the most of them seeking asylum, are rejected.
Word would get around back in these foreign countries about all of their brothers and sisters spending months walking in caravans to the US, being returned back almost the minute they made it to the USA.... WHICH WOULD DISCOURAGE others considering selling all they own and making the trip.
An accusation is not enough. A photoshopped tattoo is not enough.LMAO that's hilarious. "if" you say.![]()
It is Trump who is making the false claim about liberals saying illegal crossers need a trial...with Trump then saying it would take decades to deport illegals if we have to give due process to all of them, with a trial. Of course NO ONE said they needed a trial instead of a hearing.....except Trump himself...Not one judge lately deciding against Trump had a trial. They had a hearing from one side and each decided against Trump
Applying for sanctuary is not a crime.Waltzing across our border and breaking our immigration laws is a crime...
They are in OUR country ILLEGALLY you moron.An accusation is not enough. A photoshopped tattoo is not enough.
LOL
No, deportees don't get trials in Article III courts, Congress set up immigration courts for them. Where were all the trials when Obama was telling you about his deportations? Hmm?
And no, a petition for habeas isn't a trial. Duh. No court has said they get trials.
Waltzing across our border and breaking our immigration laws is a crime...
They aren't applying for sanctuary.Applying for sanctuary is not a crime.
You don’t have trials for immigration deportations…at least we have never required it before
They aren't applying for sanctuary.
No, we aren't going to spend billions of taxpayer dollars to have millions of trials. If Trump deports under the same rules as Obama and Biden did, then there is no problem. The precedent has been set.
And if you voted for Hillary instead of Trump, then you also voted for this:
Pam is letting trump get away with this stuff? She should be disbarred. trump is showing his true ignorance.
Gotta have a border to do that. Where were you for the past 4 years? Oh yeah you were crying about 'Orange Man Bad' wanting to CLOSE the border. Well, now we have millions of unknowns with no way to find them all much less set up courts to 'process' all of them. It is impossible to give them a quick turn time. Send them back and slap the illegal aliens with criminal records in Alcatraz. Let them wait for 5 or 10 years 'on ice' until their hearing.NOPE! We want due process WHEN THEY COME IN, at that time.
