And that's fine.Yep. And I don't pretend the gop wants only the best for america either. No faith. Zero.
I understood what he meant. Do you need some help?Or maybe you just need a tutor because you’re not very intelligent.![]()
The bump stock ban wasn't a law. It was a rule published by the ATF. SCOTUS overturned it.Well it was 30 years ago but since then it was Trump enacting laws that violated the 2nd.
If a company values their employees and their business, they'll negotiate in good faith and avoid all the union crap. Most places, if not unionized, employees may be free to negotiate a raise but they don’t get them. Which is why they unionize
Not true. But that's about what you can expect from someone with an "eat the rich" understanding of reality.Being against unions means one sides with the employer vs employees.

Unions protect bad workers. Not completely accurate.
Unions when first established, did a lot of great things for the workers and fought for workers rights. Today, there is a lot of political and internal bloat that costs the employers. I'll give an example, and this story is absolutely true.
For context, keep in mind that most CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreements) contain disciplinary procedures and policies that the employee and union must follow.
My relative provided this story: At a plant, in North America, during a third shift, a union employee needed to use the restroom. The employee decided to take a walk into an area of the plant that was well out of the way (wasting time) and came to single person bathroom that was locked. The employee became mad that the bathroom was locked, dropped his pants, and pissed on the door to the bathroom. What the employee didn't know is that a another employee was inside the bathroom and heard fluid hitting the lower vent that was installed on the door, and witnessed urine coming through.
The employee who pissed on the door, zipped up and walked away. This was all caught on film with a witness in the bathroom.
At ANY non-union job, that employee would have been terminated on the spot and possibly even arrested. But not in this case.
The Employer did attempt to terminate employment immediately, but the employee filed a grievance. Because of the grievance being filed and the CBA, the employee retains a good portion of their hourly pay. Then the employer has to go through the entire grievance and arbitration process, which is essentially a 'trial', with union representation, a arbitrator, and employer representation.
What was so stupid and a waste of time is that evidence was overwhelming and the guy was going to lose his job, but the union still had to 'fight' for this guys job. This process takes months. So the employer has to pay wages, pays for arbitration, pays wages and salaries for those representing the employer.
This is the side of "Unions" that a good portion of people don't see and don't understand why unions, in many ways, are wearing out their welcome.
Now, Boo-boo, you get to prove that you're smarter than all these people. Not surprising to me that you don't know what a fact is. You don't even realize you're just as dumb as a Muslim who prays to ALLAH 7 times a day.
You think God likes pricks like you? LOL.
"The first gulp from the glass of natural sciences will turn you into an atheist, but at the bottom of the glass God is waiting for you."“I would love to believe that when I die I will live again, that some thinking, feeling, remembering part of me will continue. But much as I want to believe that, and despite the ancient and worldwide cultural traditions that assert an afterlife, I know of nothing to suggest that it is more than wishful thinking. The world is so exquisite with so much love and moral depth, that there is no reason to deceive ourselves with pretty stories for which there’s little good evidence. Far better it seems to me, in our vulnerability, is to look death in the eye and to be grateful every day for the brief but magnificent opportunity that life provides.” – Carl Sagan
Okay, my bad. Still disagree with Trump on this.![]()

You can’t even articulate your stupid ass point. We both know why that is.Correction: No answer that you'd accept.

Go for it. I’m looking for specifics here.I understood what he meant. Do you need some help?
It's always hilarious when people who can't think for themselves insist they know what others are thinking. You can’t even articulate your stupid ass point. We both know why that is.
Go sit in the corner.
He says your whining about spelling, grammar, and punctuation is immaterial and is merely you trying to fluff up your fragile ego.Go for it. I’m looking for specifics here.
Condescension is not a good substitute for your inability to articulate your point. It's always hilarious when people who can't think for themselves insist they know what others are thinking.
Lose the condescension, kid. You suck at it.
If you don’t recognize the irony of spelling/grammatical errors in posts criticizing the intelligence of others, that’s your problem. He says your whining about spelling, grammar, and punctuation is immaterial and is merely you trying to fluff up your fragile ego.
And he's right.
Your refusal to acknowledge anyone's point who isn't simply parroting your own is a "you" problem, Skippy, and doesn't obligate anyone to change their behavior.Condescension is not a good substitute for your inability to articulate your point.
Try again, kid. But this time make sure you actually have a point to back up.
