The CEO shooter got caught and surprise, surprise...

Or maybe you just need a tutor because you’re not very intelligent. :auiqs.jpg:
If you figure that mis-spelling a few words is a gauge of one's intellect, then you my friend are simply an "educated fool".

Stop drinking the kool-aid before it's to late for ya, oh wait I think your time has past after TRUMP won... 😆

Being against unions means one sides with the employer vs employees.
Not completely accurate.
Unions when first established, did a lot of great things for the workers and fought for workers rights. Today, there is a lot of political and internal bloat that costs the employers. I'll give an example, and this story is absolutely true.
For context, keep in mind that most CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreements) contain disciplinary procedures and policies that the employee and union must follow.

My relative provided this story: At a plant, in North America, during a third shift, a union employee needed to use the restroom. The employee decided to take a walk into an area of the plant that was well out of the way (wasting time) and came to single person bathroom that was locked. The employee became mad that the bathroom was locked, dropped his pants, and pissed on the door to the bathroom. What the employee didn't know is that a another employee was inside the bathroom and heard fluid hitting the lower vent that was installed on the door, and witnessed urine coming through.

The employee who pissed on the door, zipped up and walked away. This was all caught on film with a witness in the bathroom.

At ANY non-union job, that employee would have been terminated on the spot and possibly even arrested. But not in this case.

The Employer did attempt to terminate employment immediately, but the employee filed a grievance. Because of the grievance being filed and the CBA, the employee retains a good portion of their hourly pay. Then the employer has to go through the entire grievance and arbitration process, which is essentially a 'trial', with union representation, a arbitrator, and employer representation.

What was so stupid and a waste of time is that evidence was overwhelming and the guy was going to lose his job, but the union still had to 'fight' for this guys job. This process takes months. So the employer has to pay wages, pays for arbitration, pays wages and salaries for those representing the employer.

This is the side of "Unions" that a good portion of people don't see and don't understand why unions, in many ways, are wearing out their welcome.

What about the many many workers who are abused and mistreated by their employers? If no unions then suing the employer i guess is one route to find justice versus the employer.

Abused and mistreated are strong words and require strong evidence to define this "abuse". 49 states including D.C, are 'at will' employment. This means that at any given time, you, me, or anyone else can leave ane employer and go work somewhere else. It's that easy. If you feel abused or mistreated, go find another job.

This also means employers can, at any given time, terminate employment. However, even for non-union employers, unless something egregious takes place that justifies immediate termination, employers have disciplinary processes and procedures before termination.

There is not one person (unless you're doing some type of work release job, or community service for a crime) who is obligated to work for anyone.

It is a sticky issue that could be solved easily, but only if the federal government represented the people as it was intended to do as it was laid out in our early documents.

When the feds became hostile or non-caring towards worker's or rather politician's were paid off, then the worker's had to unionize in order to stand up against abuse in the work place.

All the feds have to do is win the hearts and mind's of the working class in this nation, and represent them properly and fairly again, otherwise in order to become a neutralizing force that can solve disputes easily between worker and employer, then the union's will shrink in their power to commit mayhem for the employers and ultimately the workers who lose in many cases. Politicians sadly follow after the money, and the worker's are forgotten about. It has led to the many out of control labor conflicts that we are seeing today.

Can't be proven to a non-believer, so you'll just have to find out the hard way. FACT !

Not surprising to me that you don't know what a fact is. You don't even realize you're just as dumb as a Muslim who prays to ALLAH 7 times a day.

You think God likes pricks like you? LOL.

That along with your poorly constructed arguments. It’s pretty obvious.
If they were poorly constructed then you wouldn't waste time responding, so it is that you lie in hopes to gain some kind of notoriety with your leftist foaming at the mouths rubes here. 😂

A foolish poster you are, but you can't help yourself.

You reference God, but yet you deny that he exist ? You leftist are some ignorant human beings. FACT !!

That’s not a reasonable claim.

You’ve been responding to me. Therefore, according to you, you believe my claims are well-constructed.

Right? Or are you going to contradict yourself with your flimsy logic?

Well in that sense I guess he's real. That's a good point. Just the idea makes him real.

But remember when I say God isn't real I'm not offending God because God doesn't exist. I'm insulting you bro.

“I would love to believe that when I die I will live again, that some thinking, feeling, remembering part of me will continue. But much as I want to believe that, and despite the ancient and worldwide cultural traditions that assert an afterlife, I know of nothing to suggest that it is more than wishful thinking. The world is so exquisite with so much love and moral depth, that there is no reason to deceive ourselves with pretty stories for which there’s little good evidence. Far better it seems to me, in our vulnerability, is to look death in the eye and to be grateful every day for the brief but magnificent opportunity that life provides.” – Carl Sagan

So why is it the left is propping him up as a hero
I suppose some might be doing that, but it's more resentment towards the healthcare industry than support for the shooter. There is no way I would ever support such a heinous action, but it's not surprising that it would eventually happen.
