Funny thing is -is that a lot of them decry homosexuality and label any male who sexually abuses a male child as a homosexual ,which I don't believe to be true.

By definition, any male who is interested in sexual activity with another male, is homosexual.

Stating that you do not believe that a word means what everyone understands it to mean is irrelevant.
