I know people who are not here legally and have kids here, and they were not deported. Hell some of them have worked for me.

I lived in an area that has lots of illegals and never knew anyone to be deported for it. Even the ones who went to jail for something were released back into the community. That's how it works on the west coast.

Anchor babies are US citizens born to illegal aliens or non-immigrants. Those illegal aliens or non-immigrants then use the fact of being the parent of an American citizen an attempt to remain in the United States past the time they are legally allowed to do so.

Deport The parents and if they want the US citizen to stay home you are accused of families. Deport The parent and the parent takes the child with them and you are accused of deporting American citizens.
