I heard a projection that people who paid their own way by working while going to school are upset because they had to pay their own way and got it done. some of them feel that if you give to the nonrepayers, you should reimburse those who paid in full out of their own hard work. Others said the bill would cost more than 2 trillion dollars, not one trillion like Biden said, by those whose payments are due for student loans.

Sorry goodblow. This isn’t nearly finished and it doesn’t mean that ultimately the court won’t take it.

The bigger and more substantive problem is that Brandon’s fiat is allegedly authorized under the HEROES Act. It authorizes (supposedly) the President to take such unilateral type actions in connection with national emergencies. And even though Brandon SAID that the COVID-19 “emergency” was “over,” in fact the President is a senile dolt and the “emergency” status has been extended at least until January.

Our Constitutional rule of law (and premise for government) has been abdicated by Congress and this particular example might even be allowed to stand.

While morons like Goodblow and Okfume celebrate, the reality is that America is being undermined from within. Brandon’s handlers realize this and are taking full advantage.

I wonder what it takes legally to UNDECLARE a declared national “Emegency?”
