Normally TRUE ! However , sheer volume can make it overwhelming. As long as immigration here in the US was under 10% it seemed to stay under the radar. We are in excess of that now and certain groups just can't stop bitching about it. trump has sensationalized it so much that actual hatred is mounting against all immigrants.
