The attack on Joe continues!

Hey. No skin off my nose if your want to publicly blare your ignorance.

You can go on all day, guy.

But Congress can't make a man testify against his will.

Did you pay no attention to the Iran Contra Trial? Let me refresh your memory.

Poindexter and North were given immunity by Congress to testify in the hope they would implicate Reagan.

Instead, they took all the blame for the Contra part on themselves. (the only part that might have been illegal. The selling weapons to Iran part was stupid, but it wasn't criminal.) It didn't help their case that North came off as a likable guy.

So let's say they call Hunter and question him. Hunter can claim - as he claimed all along - that his father had no knowledge of his business dealings. And beyond that, he's not testifying.

Done. Finished.

I'm sorry, but I'm shattering your revenge fantasies.
Bihh..you're making the dreams come true.
You fucking retarded Commie! :auiqs.jpg:
Thank You for your contribution to The American Dream by giving people something to reject. :D

Guy, we all went over this with Iran Contra. After Bush granted pardons, Congress tried to call Cap Weinberger back to try to implicate Bush and Reagan, but it didn't go anywhere.
You seem to be unable to read and understand simple things. I never said anything would come from it. You are asserting that Hunter can claim the fifth, I am just correcting your obvious lack of understanding.

Today the haircut that has a human outgrowth beneath it that goes by the name of Newsome had some unkind words for the guy that gave up four of his best retirement years at the nagging behest of his party.

Loyalty.....thy name is not Democrat!

Apparently, according to Trump, most people are not loyal to him either. Forget loyalty to the party, Trump made himself the party, and anyone who doesn't do what's in the best interests of the country Trump is a traitor.

Everyone with a functioning brain knew it.
Well of course. With the fat rapist getting off completely, Biden wasn't going to allow his son to be the one casualty of the attempt at revenge by the GOP. No matter how bad it looks.

It's actually pretty funny to see the people with their noses constantly in the air telling us how pure they are, now have their own president showing the world that he's every bit as crooked as their claims of Trump.

You have no clue at all.

Contempt for exercising his rights?

Actually, pleading the fifth is EXACTLY what his lawyers would tell him to do.

If someone has been pardoned, they can't incriminate themselves, so that doesn't apply.

But only for crimes HE has been pardoned for. So far, the only crimes Hunter has been convicted of are tax evasions and a silly gun charge. Neither of which involved his dad. So I guess they can ask him about those all day. But once you get outside of those trying to fish for dirt on dad, he can say, "Whoops, fifth amendment."

Guy, you think that 49.9% is a mandate, the lowest margin a president has "Won" re-election by in history.

You seem to be unable to read and understand simple things. I never said anything would come from it. You are asserting that Hunter can claim the fifth, I am just correcting your obvious lack of understanding.

I'm pointing out that this was tried with the Iran-Contra figures, and nothing came of it.

More fantasies.

Guy, I know you all want revenge, but no DC grand jury is going to grant Trump's revenge fantasies.
I hope not....this four years is for the country not for him. It goes by all to quickly to waste time on vendetta. He has a very small window to begin moving the economy in the right direction ( not just for the investor class) or he's going to get mashed in the midterms.

Hunter has been given a complete pardon for anything he might be charged for back to 2014.

Not just the serious firearms felony he committed and the money he robbed from the IRS.
