It hurts even reading your ignorance.Contempt for exercising his rights?
Actually, pleading the fifth is EXACTLY what his lawyers would tell him to do.

Da Fuq you know about The Constitution, you CommieJoe turd?Actually, he can plead the fifth, because the fifth is not an assumption of guilt.
Bihh..you're making the dreams come true.I'm sorry, but I'm shattering your revenge fantasies.
You seem to be unable to read and understand simple things. I never said anything would come from it. You are asserting that Hunter can claim the fifth, I am just correcting your obvious lack of understanding.Guy, we all went over this with Iran Contra. After Bush granted pardons, Congress tried to call Cap Weinberger back to try to implicate Bush and Reagan, but it didn't go anywhere.
QEDYou can go on all day, guy.
But Congress can't make a man testify against his will.
Did you pay no attention to the Iran Contra Trial? Let me refresh your memory.
Poindexter and North were given immunity by Congress to testify in the hope they would implicate Reagan.
Instead, they took all the blame for the Contra part on themselves. (the only part that might have been illegal. The selling weapons to Iran part was stupid, but it wasn't criminal.) It didn't help their case that North came off as a likable guy.
So let's say they call Hunter and question him. Hunter can claim - as he claimed all along - that his father had no knowledge of his business dealings. And beyond that, he's not testifying.
Done. Finished.
Today the haircut that has a human outgrowth beneath it that goes by the name of Newsome had some unkind words for the guy that gave up four of his best retirement years at the nagging behest of his party.

Gavin Newsom rips Biden for pardoning son Hunter: ‘I took the president at his word’
“I’m disappointed and can’t support the decision,” Newsom said.nypost.com
Loyalty.....thy name is not Democrat!
Well of course. With the fat rapist getting off completely, Biden wasn't going to allow his son to be the one casualty of the attempt at revenge by the GOP. No matter how bad it looks.Everyone with a functioning brain knew it.
You have no clue at all.Apparently, according to Trump, most people are not loyal to him either. Forget loyalty to the party, Trump made himself the party, and anyone who doesn't do what's in the best interests ofthe countryTrump is a traitor.

NopeSame result had it been one of Trumps kids with a gun charge, right?
Oh? Why is it different?Nope
It’s notOh? Why is it different?
If someone has been pardoned, they can't incriminate themselves, so that doesn't apply.
Bihh..you're making the dreams come true.
You fucking retarded Commie!
Thank You for your contribution to The American Dream by giving people something to reject.

I hope not....this four years is for the country not for him. It goes by all to quickly to waste time on vendetta. He has a very small window to begin moving the economy in the right direction ( not just for the investor class) or he's going to get mashed in the midterms.More fantasies.
Guy, I know you all want revenge, but no DC grand jury is going to grant Trump's revenge fantasies.
But only for crimes HE has been pardoned for. So far, the only crimes Hunter has been convicted of are tax evasions and a silly gun charge. Neither of which involved his dad. So I guess they can ask him about those all day. But once you get outside of those trying to fish for dirt on dad, he can say, "Whoops, fifth amendment."
