Well. . . he would go along with it all if he still had his mind. Some of these ideas came from his office going back to the 90's.You are right on top of this. Probably some of the OBama Admin shills that SUPPLIEED all those "bad ideas" to him.
He is a captive. And a fatally COMPROMISED one that wouldn't even be granted a "Confidential" clearance. We should hope a Seal Team is sent SOON to extract him.
It is important to remember, it was his office that originally wrote the legislation that was the scaffolding over which the Patriot Act was built. The security state had been pushing for that type of legislation since the OKC tragedy, but lawmakers didn't think that the OKC bombing warranted it.
Biden, like the folks he is in bed with, and the other neo-con Statists of the CFR he has always made "bi-partisan," deals with, and crowed about working with, you know the type, the Bushes, the Cheneys, the Mitt Romeneys. . they are all authoritarians.
That domestic terror legislation is STILL stuck in committee, and they would do anything to have that law passed so they could have something to selectively circumvent Americans' access to Constitutional rights, w/o having to go full martial law on the entire populace. It would accelerate the merging of the US government with the UN all the more seamlessly. Building back better would no doubt be easier for them. . .
