Bragg CRAFTED a charge against Trump that has never been brought against any other person ever.

He took an expired New York State misdemeanor, piled another expired New York State misdemeanor on top of it and then added a Federal election fraud violation IN STATE COURT.

NO ONE HAS EVER BEEN CHARGED FOR A FEDERAL CRIME IN STATE COURT.
