The wealthy conservatives think their lives will become wonderful if they can force down the wages of perhaps 90% or so of employees in the United States and the world to a very low level. However, if they are successful in doing that, there will in fact be consequences which will make their own lives and the lives of their heirs much worse.

Result one: more diseases

If wages are forced down that far, then the majority of people won't be able to afford medical care. In addition, with wages that low, governments will have few tax revenues so will be unable to fund programs which give people welfare medical care.

With so little medical care, many old and new diseases will become frequent and endemic, while there will also be frequent epidemics.

The wealthy conservatives and their heirs will therefore catch many more diseases than now when they go out in public, ranging from mild diseases to severe diseases.

Even if the wealthy conservatives and their heirs imprison themselves in the mansions and keep from going out, their servants and hired workpersons will bring in diseases from outside.

Therefore, one of the results of decreasing almost everyone's income as far as possible will be that the wealthy conservatives and their heirs will become ill very frequently as a result of disease in the general population being out of control.

Although I would prefer that people give reasons for their opinions so that I can analyze the comments within the current system of ideas I sm using, it is of course OK for people to have opinions without giving a reason.

I have been stimulated to new ideas many times by people who have had a different perspective than mine, so have criticized what I have written. Many times, the opposing idea, bridged with my idea, shows something new about the situation I hadn't thought of before.

So diversity is objectively very valuable to me.

So I wish to say thank you to everyone who has opposed my ideas.

There is even the possibility that if you just happen to stimulate me to the right new idea, you might be the very person who sets us out on a successful path to save humanity from disaster, or you might stimulate an idea that would make life much better for everyone. One never knows what might come out of something she or he says.
