I'd consider supporting repealing some actions that were taken to make amends for slavery, as long as we address things that were created to help accommodate for slavery.

nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
No the Democrats have abused the interpretation of the 14th in order to apply to non citizens for coming into the country.

You can no more abuse the 14th amendment, than you can the 1st, or the 5th. The Constitution as the supreme law of the land is what it is. And any flaws or deficiencies can be amended.

The thing about writing laws. Make sure you put in them what you mean, and in a way that can't be misinterpreted. Often laws that are poorly written have unintended consequences.
